I give one star for the fast oil change, and give one star for your staffs because they did a good job and I have no complain about them. However, those 3 stars missing is due to your policies for earning more money. I personally do not like it when you keep asking your customer if he wants to replace something. This is annoying. Also, it sounded really strange to me when you asked for adding some windshield washer fluid for extra $3 and adding some coolant for extra $5. Nowhere had asked me before to pay for those items because they cost almost nothing. I don't think it is a good idea for this store to do the business like this. I will definitely find somewhere else for my next oil changes.
